SHIPPING POLICY
Gunner's Custom Firearms ships within the Continental United States only!
Regular shipping does not include insurance or additional services. If you would like your product insured, you will need to contact us prior to ordering to get a quote on insurance for the products being shipped. Insurance is an additional fee that is not added at check out.
Firearms and regulated parts only ship to FFL's. You will need to designate a FFL including their name, address, email, phone number and FFL number in comments when ordering.
Gunner's Custom Firearms reserves the right to drop ship products from our suppliers if we do not currently have the products you ordered in stock at our location.
Gunner's Custom Firearms is not responsible for shipping costs for items being returned to the manufacturer for warranty reasons. Some manufacturers do cover shipping costs but is not guaranteed for every item or situation.
Gunner's Custom Firearms reserves the right to use an alternate shipping company as needed and without prior notice. If alternate an shipping company is used, tracking information will be forwarded to the customer provided they have supplied a working email address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Gunner's Custom Firearms will return or exchange, within 15 days of purchase, any new item purchased from our business, as long as it is unopened and undamaged. Item must be sealed in original packaging and proof of purchase is required. After 15 days from the purchase date, you still may be able to exchange an item depending on the circumstances but is up to the discretion of Gunner's Custom Firearms.
Once any seal of original packaging is broken or tampered with, it is up to Gunner's Custom Firearms discretion whether the product has been used or not.
No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed on used, demo or like new items. All products are considered used once they have been removed from the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
All new products are subject to the manufacturers warranty. Gunner's Custom Firearms does not provide warranty, additional warranty or extended warranty that adds coverage to or extends the time of the original manufacturers warranty.
Products with defects in workmanship must be returned to the original manufacturer and are subject to the terms and conditions of the original warranty. Gunner's Custom Firearms is not responsible for shipping costs on warranty items.
Products that are found to have defects after the item has been used are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers original warranty. Gunner's Custom Firearms is not responsible for the shipping cost on warranty items after a product has been used.
Gunner's Custom Firearms will return any products we sell to the original manufacturer on behalf of our customers for warranty and / or repair. The original manufacturer has the sole discretion to decide if the product can be replaced or repaired under warranty. If the warranty on an item has expired or does not cover a replacement or repair for any reason, the Owner/Customer is responsible for any charges for the replacement or repair.
